Round 3
I decided that I needed to clarify the situation and find out exactly what I had been accused of. The idea that I was being accused of a crime without being given any chance to defend myself seemed to undermine the fundamental principals of justice that underly civilised society. Moreover, a person in my situation needs to be particularly aware of their reputation, as false rumours and slanderous accusations could spell the end of my work.
I thought I'd also include Google in the query, as Godaddy had encouraged me to do so. I didn't receive any acknowledgement of my query from Google, but I figured that my issue was never really with them anyway.

Thank you for your reply.
I will indeed follow this up further with Google,
but I must confess that I am disappointed by your
response.
It appears that I have been found guilty of a crime
that impinges significantly upon my reputation as
an Episcopal priest of high moral standing within
the community yet I am being given no recourse so
as to establish my innocence and clear my good name.
Of course I have neither the means nor the desire
to dispute your terms and conditions, but please
clarify for me that I have understood correctly:
- 1. I have been found guilty of conducting fraudulent activity on my account
- 2. As punishment, my account has been cancelled and my earnings have been withheld.
- 3. I am not permitted to defend myself against these accusations
Thank you. A simple 'yes' will suffice to confirm
that I have understood the situation.
sincerely,
Rev. David B. Smith

Two days later I received this 'response' - a response that didn't even attempt to answer a single one of my questions:
